Telephoning and emailing specific Clubs to ensure that our contact lists are up to date and that our communications reach the Club Committee.
Regular general contact with Clubs by mail and email.
Holding “cluster conferences” for the benefit of several Clubs in a given locality.
Fostering links between neighbouring Clubs for their mutual benefit.
Holding an Annual General Meeting.
Attending the Association of Conservative Club Council meetings and holding Regional Officer meetings from time to time.
Visiting Clubs by prior arrangement to hold confidendial meetings with their Committee to discuss their circumstances and to assist in resolving any problems.
In the first instance contact the Chairman on the contact numbers given on the "contact details" page.
Remember we want to hear from all Clubs, large and small, successful and not so successful.
