| Council Members The members of the Yorkshire Region Conservative Clubs Council are elected at an Annual General Meeting usually held in May of each year to which all clubs in the Yorkshire region, which are affiliated to the Association of Conservative Clubs, are invited to send delegates. All clubs are invited to send nominations for the elected positions. The elected members may co-opt additional volunteers to assist in the organisation of its activities. The President of the Yorkshire Region Conservative Clubs Council is the Rt. Hon. William Hague MP. The Chairman and Deputy Chairman are nominated as representatives of the Yorkshire region to the Council of the Association of Conservative Clubs. The elected members of the council of The Association of Conservative Clubs are agreed at its AGM held in May/June.
